ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive an order, by any means, this order goes to our processing section for acquisition and fulfillment and a copy goes to our compliance section to check on the legality issues involved with Nevada State Gaming Control Commission.  This takes approximately 3 ~5 business days (this may change depending on the supplies ordered).  Due to the several steps and issues we must comply with we can not ship all orders the same day they are received.  We take all the steps necessary to make certain that you receive your order correctly and that we have not violated any rules and regulations.  Please remember, your are ordering from a Nevada Company and ordering Gaming Products, Original Gaming Products, (not knock-OFF'S) and gaming products in Nevada are controlled as a privileged industry.  All chip art graphics or other graphics submitted to us for chips or other forms of reproductions become the property of CLH or one any appointed subsidiary thereof, and can be reproduced by CLH or its appointed subsidiary at any time without notice and without permission of the original artist.  This is due in part to the fact that most all of the chip art graphics we are presented with must be edited by our own staff to fit the correct format, this costs us money and time and once edited become our property.  We seldom if ever have a problem with this,  however in the past we have had customers complain that we have used art similar to the art they supplied us with.  We are in the chip manufacturing business, it is not in our best interest to manufacture a chip for one person or group then make the same chip for another group, that is not our intent here.  However when we have a customer cancel on an order that we have already produced we reserve the right to use that art to build chips for someone that actually pays their bills.

In order for us to give you the best possible customer service and insure your products get to you the fastest way possible with the least amount of confusion,  we are requiring that you Please either call - FAX or email us for confirmation on product availability, shipping cost,  and method   BEFORE you send us a MAIL IN ORDER - I-Check with a CHECK  or money order.   By doing so we can confirm the product is available, the estimated arrival time and TOTAL COST of both merchandise and Shipping.  Some of our items must be shipped by truck.  Our software does not calculate TRUCKING FEES automatically so we default to SHIP FREE. 
This DOES NOT MEAN FREE SHIPPING. 
This means that we have to calculate your exact shipping charges.
Guarantee
All items carry a 30 day guarantee! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase return it in its original condition for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee and minus the freight costs.  If you wish to substitute for another item send that one back to us with a copy of your invoice, a letter with your requirements, and we will be happy to assist you with another product.  The restocking fee will not apply to this situation, however the freight will be at buyers expense.    If the item is damaged please call us as soon as possible and do not throw away the contents or packing material. Our shippers will retrieve the package, and we will re-ship your broken or damaged item as soon as possible.  If custom orders are canceled after we have already produced the product, especially in the case of custom order poker chips, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged.
