OUR DISCLAIMER FOR ORDERING CUSTOM CHIPS OF ANY KIND!
We manufacture or contract the manufacture of custom casino or poker chips, and have done so for the past 10 years.
For most of this time we have taken thousands of orders via the internet and over the telephone or fax machine based on a credit card payment.
As of today (09-09-02) we will no longer accept any custom chip orders from new customers without 100% payment in advance for any custom order, no matter how small or how big. As always a few idiots have ruined a good thing for those honest people that are still out there.

Sorry to say many of these people thought we were some sort of K-Mart or Wall-Mart Operation where we just pulled these custom chips off the shelf and shipped them the next day. Since our policy was to take a credit card for these custom orders, and not bill the credit card until we were ready to ship, some of these people have thought that they would have the custom order chips in 10 days or less. If they did not get their order in that time they have canceled the order from us while we have the chips they have ordered in the middle of production.
There are over 27 steps involved to produce some of these chips and this simply takes time. We also have to deal with very large casino orders for chips that can hold up the smaller orders on our production line from time to time. We tell all of our customers that it can take from 4 ~ 8 weeks to receive custom order chips, sometimes sooner, sometimes longer. Until recently we thought that our disclaimer and our conversations with our customer were sufficient to allow the customer to understand that these are custom products and by definition these products were custom made for that particular customer.
This has not seemed to work very well, and we have had our last chip order cancellation that we are prepared to deal with.
From this day on, (09-09-02) all custom order chips will be sold on the basis of either a Money Order, a Personal Check, a Corporate or Company Check and / or a Bank Draft. Either of these instruments must be received by our company in advance, prior to any work being done on any custom chip order.
We will still honor our guarantee, that if you find any defect in workmanship or errors in the product you receive as to what you have ordered we will either re-manufacture the chips for you or make some adjustment (only if you agree) on the total cost of the order and refund whatever amount the difference comes out to be.
We apologize for having to implement this hard way of looking at, what we would like to assume, are honest hard working people that just want something nice and are willing to pay for it. However we can no longer tolerate those that are in such a burning hurry that they are willing to put us through all of the work and then cancel at the last moment just because their chips did not arrive in time for that big time poker game that they had scheduled before they even received their chips. However, this seems to be what is required now so that people will understand that a purchase is just that, a purchase, it is not a whim of fancy or a casual spur of the moment impulse.
We guarantee our work, we have always done so and we have many more happy customers than we do dead beats, however the dead beats cost us a lot of time and money, so we are putting an end to credit card orders for all new customers on custom order chips.
Of course we will still honor any of our previous customers credit card purchases, but please let us know that you are a returning customer and identify yourself with your previous invoice or order number at the time of your new order.
