Q. Do you do custom dyes, if I want something special stamped on my chips?

A. That is one of our specialties. Just send us your artwork or a general idea of what you like and we'll take it from there. There is a one time dye charge of $95.00 which also includes the art layout, we will stamp the chip and keep the die here in case you need additional chips. For an example of what can be done have a look at our In-House Dies Page.

Q. Do you ship C.O.D.?

A. Sorry, we don't. However we will gladly accept: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or even cash. On orders paid by personal checks please allow 3 weeks for delivery.

Q. How may chips should I buy?

A. Generally, for 4 people you need 400 chips, for 5 to 6 people 500 chips would make a great set. For the larger, die hard groups of 8 or more, a 1,000 chip set would be great. Please note you could play with less chips in each group, however the player would constantly have to make change within themselves and the bank which is a bit distracting during the game.

Q. How should I break up the value of the chips I buy?

A. In a four color chip bank roll, seventy percent should be at the lower and middle values, although this rule may not apply if you have several high dollar bettors.

Q. How do most people buy chips?

A. There is no general rule but a good strategy would be to put initials on one of our standard symbols on both sides of the chip, this way, any specific color could change dollar values as needed. For example, red chips may be worth $1.00 one night and $5.00 another night.

Q. What are casino colors?

A. Typically Las Vegas casino colors are as follows: White $1.00 Red $5.00 Green $25.00 Black $100.00 Blue or Gold $500.00 Blue or Gold $1,000.00
