COMPLETELY CUSTOM CHIPS
TOP HAT & CANE DESIGN
If you are looking for help on the chips that have the writing or designs around the "rolling edge" please "Click" HERE

Custom poker / casino style chips are just that "custom".
Meaning that you can be about as creative as you want with few limitations.  We do require that your total order amounts to at least 300 chips.  That is 300 chips for the total order, not 300 chips of each design or denomination.  Chips are priced at $80.00 per 100 chips with an art and mechanical charge of between $95 ~ $300 depending on your art work and what is required on your final order.  We have found the average to be right around $100 ~ $135.  This does not include shipping and handling.  Please check the web site for current prices, due to this being a static page we may change prices from time to time so please check the actual web site HERE for current prices.

Custom chips are made up of several separate components.

(A) The graphic or drawing / design and / text or numbers / denominations you want to use on your chips.

(a) We can place just about anything  you can draw or photograph on our custom chips, with some restrictions.  We can not use the word Casino on these chips unless you can provide us with a copy of your casino license.

(b) We can not use already copyrighted material unless you can supply us with a legal release from the original artist.

(c) We will not put obscene, lewd or pornographic designs or language on chips.

(d)  You can send us  your graphics or drawing using any method you wish.  We would prefer email, however that is up to you.  Please do not try to scale your drawing to the exact size of the chip or inlay, we will take care of that for you.  We do not need super large files, however the bigger your graphic is the better the resolution when we scale it down.  We prefer to have the electronic graphics in either Adobe (Mac) or in Adobe (PC) version.

(B)  Graphic Appearance or how you want your graphic or design to appear in relation to the chip itself.

(a)  Do you want a standard inlay chip similar to the chip shown here : For the time being please ignore the fact that this chip also has edge spots shown with it.  This is one of our most popular designs and is called a standard edge spot inlay chip.  The inlay is the graphic of the cards and slot machine, the Fabulous Las Vegas around the top and the $25 denomination mark.

(b) We also offer a "grand inlay chip" which looks like the chip
shown here. This type of grand inlay is very popular for those large and detailed graphics which need more room to show up properly.  Notice on this particular chip that we did not include the ($) or denomination sign or decimal points and zeros.  This is always an option with your custom chips, you just have to tell us what you want.

(c)  Our last choice is what we call a "full graphic chip" or "super grand inlay" meaning that the graphic takes up nearly the entire face of the chip.   A sample shown here This style of chip works very well for commercial casino promotions as well as corporate promotions or give away promotions.

(C) The concept of "edge spots".  Edge spots are used for two basic purposes on a chip.  The primary concept of a multi colored edge to a casino or poker chip is simply so that it can be easily identified visually or by security cameras in a stack of similar chips or in a table rack.  Of course there is also the esthetics of the colorfully designed chips that edge spots greatly contribute to.

(a) How many or what color and or what spacing of edge spots would  you like on your chips?  At the present time we only have a selection of 24 basic edge spot and color combinations.  This is a limitation that has been accumulating over the years and is due primarily to our counterfeit policy.  Since we supply these chips to casino and small club operations we have formed a policy to exclude certain chips from our current offerings.  This may well change in the relatively near future but for the time being you will find our total edge spot and color combination located HERE. and here http://www.casinocom.com/SPECIALS/edgespotsinfo.html

(b)  The way around the limitations on edge spot placement and or color combinations would be to use a "full graphic" chip and incorporate  your edge spots right into the graphic itself.  A sample of this shown here without any edge spots:   As you can see, the top hat & cane mold mark is still visible but the edge is totally blue.  If on this basic concept you used the full size of the chip for your graphic and colored in your own edge colors, we would then produce what we call a "super super grand inlay chip" just as your design graphics called for.  Unfortunately at the time of construction of this help page we do not have any graphics of this style for display.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY CHIPS???
We
use a 27 step, mostly hand done, process to produce custom chips.  It usually takes from 6 ~ 8 weeks from time of receiving your art work until we have a finished product.  Even this time line is subject to change depending on exactly how busy the factory and pre-production people are at the time of your order.  Of course if we incur delays of one sort or the other it can take even longer.  For instance if we send your the email proofs and you do not check your email for two weeks that will add to the overall production time as well.

I WANT MY CHIPS RIGHT AWAY AND WILL PAY FOR RUSH SERVICE?
Sorry, first come first served.  We do not process rush orders unless there is a total order of at least 100,000 chips.

HOW CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?
Our first discount level starts at 50,000 chips, confirmed order, with payment in full in advance by check or bank draft only.

IT HAS BEEN 6 WEEKS AND I STILL DON'T HAVE ART WORK OR CHIPS?
From time to time we will experience internal computer or people problems.  If you have a custom order in process and have not heard from us in 2 ~ 3 weeks with your art work send us an email reminder with your order number.
