NOTICE

ART DEPARTMENT ELECTRONIC FILE REQUIREMENTS

When sending electronic files, please design all layout, type and images to be compatible with Adobe Illustrator 8.0. Please convert all type to outlines or include all fonts used. We do not have Freehand or Corel Draw, however we can open these types of files if they are saved correctly with the right extension (see below).

We can open Quarkpress 4.0 files, however the elements we actually use from them are their linked images.

Photo Images should be placed in Illustrator as an eps, rather that embedded. We also ask that you include a layered Photoshop 4.0 or 5.0 file of the linked image if it was designed in Photoshop.

We can open files stored of floppy disks, Zip disks, CDs or sent via Email.

We prefer all files to be in Macintosh format. We can open PC files if they are saved with the correct extension (see below).

When sending hard copies, please send high quality photographs, transparencies or original artwork. We return all customer provided materials upon request. We do not accept published artwork (magazine photos, postcards, etc.) without the written consent of the artist or publisher that owns the copyright to the work.
